Data and analysis of the status quo is reported back to Leaders who are supported with group and one to one coaching to help them hear, process and understand their role in the status quo as well as the changes required. A plan is put together to create positive inclusion outcomes, with measurable results.

Central to change is leadership. The mpm Pathway contains a bespoke coaching framework design specifically to support leaders as they work to understand the problems and their role in the DEI journey.
