A long-term view

DEI is not a one-hit exercise. It requires a long-term commitment and the ability to keep on track.

Typically conducted a year after the CHANGE stage, the PROGRESS phase will monitor your ongoing DEI status against set criteria and the success metrics defined at the start of the process.

We will enable you to review and understand positive change that focuses on success and the progress made in the defined time period.
